HC: I've been thinking more or less the same thing, too, regarding your L.D. statement. It'd be nice to think he's got something up his sleeve to deflect some of that 'ol shareholder pressure, eh? Still, having scanned through 1998 Annual Report I find it interesting to note that from a salary standpoint he's the one with the lowest compensation, albeit with the largest long term compensation(1 Million options). And those options have an 18 month vesting period. My, my....if I was to bet on it(heh), I'd say he's expecting a sweet incentive increase here in the not too distant future. Of course, that's just my view on it. I could be wrong.. Regards! John~
