Dennis, you didn't ask me but the stock you cited IMON, looks pretty scary to me. I don't see any revenue in the last 10-Q, assets consist primarily of notes payable from related parties, plus they have a floorless convertible financing.

I don't see much substance there and that huge volume Friday was not accompanied with any news. It makes you wonder whether somebody engineered the big volume and price rise in order to fish for suckers to buy shares.

Dennis, many people have responded to you, if you own it, do not overstay your welcome, it does seems to be in the "pump" phase of a classical "pump and dump" deal, instead, here the shorting will occur from the floorless. They may keep it up until few days after the launch (January 29?), but it is impossible to know how far they will run it. Unfortunately the news release did not convey all the data on this convertible (size and ceiling), but it is a 35% discount floorless.
