Jorge/George<trading is not as profitable> IMO a good trader can do extremely better than buy and hold. Also, that few traders really survive severe price declines. Feel that studies you cite have not had access to good traders. My records are open, if it would help you. I "trade" but I do not "day" trade. I do not short. I have not used options yet, because I can not be in front of my computer that much, during the trading day. I look for severe crisis situations. I watch no cnbc; only mo & co.
