The person who answers the phone at Pronetlink now is typically the receptionist. (I very rarely call Glenn's office.) Once in a while it is Taylor, who people have called a secretary but she is "assistant to JPC". I have spoken to her on many occasions and she is intelligent and for the most part knows what is going on. If you speak to the company you should get information from her at a minimum or preferably Dave Walker or JPC. Taylor appears to be one of the "old timers" at the company so has a better understanding of where they are now and where they have been. I have a feeling there may be some news out very soon. If you need to know things firsthand. give them a call, it seems to work better than e mail. I usually can speak to someone but my e mails are not answered real promptly from Mr. Walker but I believe they get MANY e mails every day and it would be a full time job to just answer all of these. I know they are also moving in the direction of improving communication with the investors at least partly through the newsletter which will be coming out starting in February.
