if the Jets (?) and Falcons (in!) end up in the Super Bowl... this mkt is indeed haeaded for some ugly tough love. Either that or an asteroid is due to hit the planet (G)

Thanks...I've hung on to a few dead shares of RWT...and FAMCK. and bought more RFI....they're so cheap there's not much downside risk in them. Real estate has always been good to me. I can't figure out FAMCK...I want a twice-a-year mortgage for a country cabin..I think they have a great market and crappy management. The name sucks, shoulda been "Country Mac" not "Farmer Mac". It insults the ranchers -ggg-
