Great minds think alike...I was talking on an answerring machine of the need to/for/with constructive criticism about a half hour or so ago. I just this minute read the post you did... the results that we all seek are dependant upon suvcessfully overcomming such fears/ obsticles/ tweeking and or onion peeling if you will. BTW, the guy I was talking to on the answerring machine that picked up as I missed him for any conversation atall...was none other than JEC.
