And if you get that nasty e-mail, Len, PM me and we'll find you a better broker. Call again, and this time ask to speak to a broker supervisor. Tell him/her that your SI thread is aware of your situation and that all 500 of us are awaiting their answer.

As for an entry on NAVR, my advice is to pick a price perhaps a tick or two above Friday's close and put in a limit order to buy. That way, if the market's down, DLJ should fill you at market, and if it's up, you'll get in either first thing or on the 10 AM pullback, hopefully.

Another mrkt vent!
I thought I would get some through etrade. I was checking the ipo center last tuesday night every 15 minutes and managed to catch it with the ipo open. I put in for shares and thought I would get 100. All I got was an email saying that they had no shares for me. I called and bitched and was told there was no recourse. I am a power etrade user and they claim that power etrade users have priority. I guess not.

Brown and Co. here I come.
