re: amzn and customer service heaven NYT's article today -- names top 10 websites (commercial) for customer service and can it be? shocking -- amzn nowhere to be seen while CD Universe, Compact Disc Collection and DVD Express all register there oh well at least amazon's vaunted cust service can get even better as it expands to more products and has even greater control as it sells items thru its bots from merchants over which amzn has no control 8-}
