Oh, Jim, don't mention pho. I still can recall those brothy noodles smelling of beef and basil. Oh the pain, the pain. Sort of like watching MINE flounder around in pinkville. <gg>

Just stimulating those taste buds. Actually Phos was a Dicken's reference - 'Sketches by' although that is not how it originally started. The dish sounds good though - I love asian food.
