that is great news to hear confirmation that DGIV officers did not sell shares during this run up. I actually am not surprised to hear they have been holding their shares. It certainly appears that the momentum is turning, and that perhaps we will be seeing more positive news in the future. Certainly the fact that Teltek agreed to the option price of 1.5 would suggest they also expect more news in the future. That being the case, I would think no one at DGIV would be selling at this level!

DGIV officers see the same future Teltek is seeing, since they are partners. if Teltek thinks DGIV share price at 1.5 is cheap (that is why they agree to the option in lieu of cash!!), why should DGIV officers sell at this level????
