LGND stopped a trial early(Panretin for KS) and with the NDA filing the FDA "certainly" hasn't jumped through any hoops in giving them approval for this new treatment. As for XOMA, get it right and have the evidence to prove your case....another debacle like they had in the past will make this a ZERO valued stock. If they have the supporting data we will all be Happy when it is released....if it "ain't" there, I don't want to hear the news because now I have a stock valued at $4.00 and we know what will happen if this happens.
