I find it to be very encouraging that Digitcom is using and listening to the legal councils which they retain. As Digitcom expands it's business and moves out of the BB's and into a Nasdaq listing, the groundwork which Jimmy has laid, during the initial growing pain of his company will prove to be invaluable. In the future I am sure that Digitcom will be doing it's best in ensure that all it's lawyers that must have their say, will have their say, before any news is released.

In the coming weeks and months I am looking forward to seeing Digitcom releasing more press releases which with continue to inform us of the companies growth, accomplishments, and revenues. I for one would like to thank Digitcom for being candid and prompt in their responses to my questions.

it is good to see that , as many of us have guessed, this deal is bigger than at first glance. China is a CRITICAL market (name me one single company in the world who would voluntarily turn down a chance to penetrate the China market!!!). By being among the first ones there, DGIV really got a major jump in a rapidly growing market.

This is a fact, and PR or no PR, DGIV fundamentals are indeed getting better, as reflected by the increasing trend in the share price.

Correct. The whole episode is very bullish for DGIV. Jimmy had those minutes sold when he agreed to this deal. IMHO.

Howard:

Thank you for your 2nd "clarification" <ggg>.

If the total market (ONLY one way: USA to China, and growing!!!) is 300MM minutes/month and "our" ambition is 5 MM minutes/month, this means 1.7% of the market, which is irrelevant, kind of "nobody will put a stone on our way".

Give appropiate connections (and one assumes Telltek has them), and a fast growing market, 5% to 10% of the market could be achievable, perhaps more.

We don't know anything about the business that can be made with communications from China to the USA. Or communications to/from China and other countries. I am sure this must have been a subject of more than a conversation between Jimmy C. and Allan T.

This Joint Venture is a milestone in the development and growth of Digitcom.

PS It has been written in a post that the cost of this deal for DGIV would be aprox. 300K shares (?) which Teltek can have for $1.5 each. Well, I really hope they make millions and millions on their shares because if they do, so will we!!

Howard:

Was thinking that if you continue with this kind of posts we will have a major gap-up when the markets re-open!!<ggg>.

IMO it has become evident that Jimmy Chin has conducted a very good negotiation and has clearly forwarded the interests of DGIV.

At least I, as a shareholder, feel so.
