<< He misses 1 damn kick all year and it costs a trip to the
superbowl. No excuses, but it seems that so many players went down during the
game. >>

I beg to disagree. Vikings/Minnesota ARROGANCE was the main reason the Vikes lost the game:

1) Coaching ARROGANCE - 8 man fronts disrespecting Atlanta Passing game
- going for the home run just before halftime and the resulting fumble was the turning point. Otherwise, the Vikes would have had a 20 - 6 halftime lead and getting the ball back to start the 3rd quarter.

2)Randall Cunningham had a myriad of mental mistakes and threw the ball short numerous times. He has a history of choking in big games.

3) Randy Moss dropped passes that needed to be caught, resulting in field goals instead of touchdowns. They failed to capitalize on a host of Dirty Bird turnovers..failure to capitalize of competition's mistakes will cost the game.

40 Viking injuries are a result of playing so many games on Astroturf which result in many hamstring and knee injuries ( the Seahawks defenders are plagued by these types of injuries every year inside the King Dome )..go back to playing in frozen tundra like the Packers to get a true home field advantage. The Vikings played like Wussies.

The good news is that Randy Moss will get a needed dose of HUMILITY and make him a better person/player in the long run. Too much success too soon can drive a young man to Coke <g>.The Vikes also will rethink plans to trade Brad Johnson, who will win back the Starting QB job next season.

Also, the good news is that Ancor employees can now focus on their real jobs instead of being distracted by the success of Jesse Ventura and the Vikings and leaving the office at 5 PM CST every day. Get back to work Ancor.A superior passing attack ( engineering/asic/technology )is no guarantee of getting to the Super Bowl <g>. Forget the WWF vs NWO. Forget about Football . Focus on winning very large Fibre Channel OEM's.

Never underestimate your opponent ( Brocade ).
