JVWEB (JVWB) OTC BB.....Low Float..High Potential..... JVWB could be the next hi-flyer in the internet sector. The stock should be listed on Germany's DAX index this week, along with some expected news releases, this stock could explode to the upside very soon. Do your own D/D on this, I have provided some info and links below to provide some basic info. Company President of JVWeb "Greg Micek" has arrived in England and has held meetings this past weekend with Heitmann-Sac (H-S). The intent of these meetings are to finalize a joint venture between the two companies. H-S is a German company that specializes in creating and setting up web sites using cutting edge, voice recognition technology. H-S can set up a custom website in as little as 6 hours, and within 24 hours can have a fully functional website for your business that uses voice recognition technology which is able to understand and translate 28 different languages. JVWeb will be the marketing branch for this venture in the USA. JVWeb and H-S will set up a joint venture to target a special area of the Internet where they will set up, market and sell e-commerce websites to companies doing between $10 - $50 million a year in business. Voice recognition technology is on the cutting edge, and will soon make the PC "mouse" obsolete. MCI presently owns 12% of H-S. Another German company, Lernout-Hauspie (LHSPF) NASD, will aquire H-S in a buyout later this week. This will throw some serious financial backing to this joint venture. LHSPF trades on NASD at about $35 per share, with a 52-week high of about $62. They must be aware of the proposed joint venture, and approve of it as they are waiting until later in the week to make the aquisition of H-S. JVWeb has 7,200,000 shares issued and outstanding, with the company owning 90% of the shares. There are ONLY 366,000 shares in the public float! On Dec. 3rd, only 200 shares were traded all day. Then one day later, there were over 200,000 shares traded -- someone must know something to cause this large difference! Announcement of the joint venture should be sometime this week, and the announcement of the aquisition of H-S by LHSPF by Thursday or Friday. If you decide to invest in JVWeb, do your own due diligence, this is NOT a recommendation to buy or sell this stock and is for informational purposes only. JVWeb's internet commerce site is store.dadandme.com For a JVWeb current corporate profile see jvweb.com familylifestyle.com GOOD LUCK>>>>>>>>> John
