Slider, I'm not familiar with PTVL. Guess I've gotta start paying more attention to all these myriad internet companies. I'm continually amazed at all the things on the web. Just yesterday I found a site here in Anchorage listing all the movies in town. And the state DMV now lets us order license-renewal tags via the web. A new high-capacity under-sea fiber-optic cable has has just been laid to the lower 48, and is now being tested. They're running fiber all the way to Prudhoe Bay. We may be going broke due to low oil prices, but by God we'll be wired!
