Apologies to flodyie, the article in question wasn't a cut and paste but it was accessible through a link which is not re-broadcast of the material; and it was from BW not WSJ. Still hate to (shudder) see it, but after reading surrounding posts more closely am not offended by it anymore. It's a fine piece of in-depth reporting and gives valuable need-to-know information, I guess, to folks investing in Any and All OTC stocks. MLRE was not mentioned anywhere in this article, of course, and whshew!! So then I overreacted, assumed that an unfair implication was being made that I now realize was not necessarily intended by the link to the article being on this thread. Again, floyd, my apologies to you for my assumption. Had never heard of such a thing before with OTC stocks, and so was stunned. (The adventures on this board at times been somewhat of a juggernaut, no? We're about at the edge of our seats, I must say). But the article is informative and the source is reliable, so thanks for the eye-opening news. Just one more step in the opposite direction from Disneyland, I guess - dragging my feet especially when yanked, &(:-0) wah!...

Joana Sweetie...

You devil you, (snicker).....(snicker).....(giggle).. (giggle)

The Buzz is all over the Net Joana . The Appleton Bookcase? under the Baroque Chandelier ? A wonderful heirloom to add to your exquisite collection.

Very sneaky my Dear using your cell phone Love...did you ask your Chauffeur to pause at a Rest Stop on the Jersey Turnpike ?

maineantiquedigest.com

Joana, have you been able to locate any major Auction Houses that are now " wired " and online ?

Searching the net this week-end and I came up with only one online Auction House that has quite an extensive network of more than 400 small niche houses..http://www.rtam.com ........(rather gauche eh ?)
Have you located anything to compare with our little Jewel ,Millionaire dot Com, in the Big Apple or the New England area ?

All the threadsters appreciate your welcome comments RE: Treasury Stock in acquiring other Auction Houses with solid sales and positive earnings. And yes, it is very true Darling, oftentimes fast growing emerging companies do use Stock in acquisitions .It's a very common practice and I see nothing sinister in their motives.
Management should be applauded for these very shrewd business transactions. When we compare MLRE to other medium sized "Internet " Co's MLRE has accomplished an enormous amount of Corporate success in a relatively short time wouldn't you agree.

Just imagine WHAT we have accomplished since December 15th 1998?

1 ).....Acquired Lease for brand new 20,000 sq. ft. Auction & Executive Office facility in the beautiful upscale Resort Area of Hilton Head, S.C.

2 ).....Raised a total of $ 5,500,000 in bridge funds.

3 ).....Acquired TWO very prestigious Auction Businesses with combined 1998 sales of over $ 30,000,000. Both accretive to our bottom line.

4 ).....Finalized publication ( to be released shortly) February edition of The Millionaire Magazine...( more than 200 pages )

5 ).....Physically moved in and organized high level staff & Board of Directors to accomplish all this.!!!!!!!

**** (((( WHEW ))))))****

Name one other company like MLRE that has accomplished so much in just 30 days ? I can't think of any, can you ?

Joana, I would think that Millionaire dot Com would be qualified to apply for NASDAQ listing very soon ?

And yes, Keiko accepts....our Coconut Holiday sounds real yummy...http://www.pacislands.com When can we leave to look at the property ? should we ask Mr. Bear along as our Chaperone ? wonder if he likes Mai Tais or Singapore Slings ?

tah tah and Merci Buckets......

ps...bear down ? now its your turn.( please wait in line and take a number )
