Yes, I agree the market cap is low - but, who is Mr. Carter? At Sept. 30, 1998 John Toffan owned 3.2 million shares of the 17.9 million that were issued. Later in the year Toffan sold 2.4 million shares and purchased 2.5 million units from Treasury. Each unit consisted of 1 share and 1 warrant. After these transactions Toffan owned 3.3 million shares out of a total of 20 million.

At september 30 there were 3.45 million warrants exercisable (according to the quarterly financial statements) at $.35. Another 2.5 million were issued later in the year as part of the units referred to above. These are exercisable at $.21- $.25 over the next two years.

I've followed AOT for a long time and look forward to the next year.

Steve, I wasn't thinking too clearly on my last reply. I assume Mr. Carter is Ken Carter. Insider report shows he owns about 600 thousand shares.
