Hi Kris:

1-) I'd rather BII build itself more slowly & be discovered by the US players. Than a wham bamm $7.00 stock then $100.00 stock & see it fall back to maybe never ever recover to higher levels. The slower climb is better IMO.

2-) Again no one really cares that BII is another auction, the fact is we are not investing into blue chip stocks that we expect to pass on to our kids. BII has the right model for what it is & with the high volume we know many players are from the US & they are thinking the same thing .. internet play = high flyer. If BII never gets to be a $100.00 stock but pops to 30 & stayed there, I for one would be more than happy.

3-) Let's take our emotion out of the play.

4-) If it's a net play it's a net play .. auction or otherwise. People are still playing YAHOO everyday & there are over 400 search engines .. it's what's in play, not the player. BII is gaining steam & will have it's day.

5-) Remember BII has some strong partners.

Mike

Kris, if everything starts to fall into place, what will differentiate Bid.com is that they will be either the first (or one of the first) to have direct access to those shiny new Euro Dollars. I think that if an announcement of a European based site were to unfold soon, then our share would double overnight.

Then wait for the NAZ announcement. I can just hear Joe Kernan on CNBC saying, "Well folks here comes another on-line auction IPO, but this one uses a Dutch Auction format, so you can conceivably end up buying a camera for as little as $1. and they have a base in Europe as well. Hmmmm, there are a lot of people in Europe, well it will be interesting to see how well they do. We'll keep you posted on this one. Now back to the Microsoft trial . . ."
