Jolie, >what types of expenses will this 2.2 million cover?< Let's hope it will be Sales and Marketing, maybe a little in development although Cloverleaf is very robust already. Some infrastructure investment is always needed as a company plateaus to each subsequent level of growth. Keeping things in balance (growth and corporate readiness) is key to sustaining growth and the reputation for quality service, that helped get you there. Extra cash at an opportunity rich time like this is very comforting to me. Murrie has a track record for doing this very well, so I am confident that he knows the drill, this isn't his first rodeo!
