Stock Watcher, I e-mailed Steve Newman about patent information, and he has responded that their IP is managed by Mr. Mike Jenkins our CTO and a XYBR VP, along with Mr. Jim Ralabate, formerly the head patent council for Xerox and a current Board member of Xybernaut. They, along with outside council where appropriate, are managing in excess of 300 patents and patent applications on a worldwide basis. Trademarks, copyrights, and other IP also fall within their baliwick. Regards, FJ
