Expect some sort of split. We have 25 milion shares outstanding. At a ration of 5 to 1, the stock price will go from 4 cents times 5 = 20 cents a shre, however there would only be 5 million shares oustanding. It would make our shares useless still, however it would make it easy for the big guys to run the price up before they star dumping again. Steve. Can you post the distribution and number of shres that held by funds and insiders plaese? Thanks in advance Doug
