And for the record, Fred, and for general reading enjoyment, here's the JOINT STATEMENT (some of you may wish to use this tactic from time to time--it certainly has helped the Zulu thread):

JOINT STATEMENT:

Jon Tara and PartyTime have agreed not to post on any ZULU/ESVS thread for one week. On Sunday, 12-noon, we will both examine our positions and determine whether we wish to continue the moratorium for another week, with an option to renew every week thereafter.

In order to help facilitate this truce--which will not only bring peace of mind to ourselves, but to others who post as well--we ask that other posters refrain from using firey language of a personal nature which could incite or draw either one of us back into posting again.

We recognize we each possess determined personalities, each believes the other is wrong and we are fully aware that this interaction naturally creates a steamrolling effect and inherent friction on the respective threads, principally ZULU/SI and secondarily ESVS/Yahoo. Our agreement is expanded to minor posting threads as well.

We presently hold a gentleman's agreement not to post on ZULU/ESVS threads under other names, or to use private communications as a means of getting other posters to issue personal attacks on the other.

JOINT STATEMENT #2:

Jon Tara and PartyTime acknowledge that their posting moratorium was inadvertently broken by PartyTime by his starting a new ZULU thread, without realizing that this was a violation of the agreement.

The parties agree that no malice was intended, and now agree to continue the original agreement. The original agreement will apply to all ZULU/ESVS threads on all sites, and agree not to start new threads regarding the subject matter of ESVS or ZULU.

Neither Jon Tara nor PartyTime will use private messages to attack the other, or to encourage others to so attack, and that private messages will only be used in order to disseminate information regarding the company, or to describe personal opinions about developments concerning the company.

Furthermore, if it becomes necessary, for whatever reason, to go to the public boards, the party desiring to do so must first contact the other before posting anything public. To post without a consent of the other would become a violation of the agreement.

[NOTE: Who knows, if we keep working on documents like the above, in order to perfect them, i.e., get all the wrinkles out of the rug, they could become a big hit on SI--LOL.]

Wrinkles in the rug? I guess here is where we need the lawyers. For example, Fred has chosen to misinterpret the spirit of the agreement by accepting only the paragraph four of the second joint statement, which was written entirely in conjunction and in follow up to paragraphs two and three of that statement, and those paragraphs clearly allude to ESVS/ZUlU threads, SI and Yahoo primarily, and minor ones, for our purposes, like AOL, Motley Fool, Raging Bull, FreeRealTime and other places where there exist ESVS/ZULU threads. Fred's failure to congest paragraphs two and three with four leaves him sqawking: Violation! Not so, Fred. Sorry.

In conclusion: So as not to turn FNTN into a ZULU/ESVS thread, I must bid you adieu. Fare ye all well!
