I am questioning the timing of those papers, and the published accreditation, relative to the FDA approval date of Celebrex. To wit, both were published right after the approval. I'm sure those articles take many months.

I never said "the University" wanted to stir up trouble. Any "hidden" motives, if present, would likely be personal and/or competitively-driven. As an example of a personal motive, these guys could trade options on stocks as they relate to the studies. A competitive motive might be desire for funding on other projects, sponsored by another drug company. Not saying they do this, but I do question why they re-hashed the study to come out with the second article with the "catchy" title.
