>>PFE is looking to patent a Viagra nasal spray for instantaneous infustion into the bloodstream. This should cause some appreciable price action tomorrow.<<

I think all this would do is make you into a hard nose.

PFE's reporting of earnings on Jan 19/20 should determine its short-term price action, not the Viagra nasal spray.

My experience is dollar cost averaging into mutual funds provides the best returns with minimal work and limited risk (for mutual funds investors). The key is selecting the correct fund, I utilize dollar cost averaging with sector funds when sectors are smashed or if my sense is the sector will become the dominant market focus in the ensuing 2-3 years. Fido Select Telecommunications, Select Developing Communications, Select Technology are performing handsomely now, I'd expect Select Energy Services to be shining in 12 months.
