I have seen this question many times before and so far, always with the same answer. My broker told me that NASDQ doesn't allow stop loss orders. I can never find the definitive answer! I do know that if you go to this NASDQ link, "How a Trade is Executed" it does NOT make reference to stop loss orders, but I don't know that that is conclusive:
