Just think about the Internet and productivity. One example, where will the US postal service and it 33 cent stamp be in ten years with electronic mail? How much savings here? Business proposals - all electronic, no paper (maybe) Electronic rather than expensive 4 color separation brochures. better contact around the world when times zones are 12 hours off. My kid will submit electronic reports in school. Just to name a few of the easy ones. Brew, I agree with the increased productivity. I was only stating that the retail/etailing level is not as important as many news storys make them sound. The net in a great information exchange medium. Glenn
