Why sell, to come back in at a much lower price and substantially increase my holdings.

Food for thought, Microsoft has a PE of about 73. Factor in AOL's price with a PE of 73 and see what you come up with. To me that's a good barometer and a fair price, but then again a fair price may be a PE of 150. The net stocks are so new nobody really knows what to expect. It's anybody's guess.
