Really enjoy your posts (and Carl's too). Please keep up these kind of posts that provide us with much needed industry insight. Since we're still in a holiday weekend mode, I hope it isn't off topic to endorse your post. Not at all to deprecate any of the long term contributors to the thread, but I would add PAinvestor to your list and to say that the quality of content and discussion in the last couple of weeks has improved several orders of magnitude, making this thread more valuable than ever.
