Bernie E. Skim Plus tastes, looks, and has same nutrition facts as SayYes, except that Skim Plus claims a shelf life of 4 mos. unopened, while SayYes claims 3 mos. When I started buying Skim Plus almost 1 yr. ago, I refrained from reporting it's existence on this board in case it might affect the stk. price. Instead emailed SYES, and no answer. Several months later, I posted the info re: Skim Plus, then again emailed SYES mgt. and this time they responded that they had gone out and bought a 1/2gallon of Skim Plus and office tested it. Their conclusion was "it tasted a bit sweeter than SayYes milk". As to prior mention of Skim Plus: see SYES #1579, #1619, and #1627.
