Holiday Use Sours a Few Consumers on Web Shopping By LESLIE KAUFMAN Amid post-Christmas giddiness about the stellar holiday drawing power of Web merchants like Amazon.com and portals like America Online, a survey to be released today found that while record numbers of Americans tried Internet shopping, they were not always happy with their experiences.
