David, I really don't know! The last time I checked we had 95+M (100M authorized) shares out of common stock. The deal with Tom Simpson and TruDef was for another 32M eventually but that would have to be voted on by shareholders. He did receive preferred stock(3M) which was convertible(8-1) to those common shares. I don't know where that stands! Does it really matter now! This company does not care where it stands. It has it's own agenda that most likely does not include us. All these talks of deals behind the scenes and non disclosure is BS in my opinion. I remember Mike Fernandez telling me about deals back in Feb of '97 with this all important Iterated deal which EXPIRES this March. What has come of that? Some have tried the SEC with complaints. They don't have the man power to respond other than a form letter. The company knows this. This delisting will be the clincher. We have no power with the company even though we are the shareholders. Our president has not responded to any of our requests for information. I could go on and on. Enough said! I think I answered your question. :-)
