Wrong....

Insiders frequently file...the 90 day window expires...and then sometimes they then re-file...or they don't..

This statement of your's is completely bogus

"...Insiders rarely file SEC 144 if they are not going to sell..."

Prior filings that pertain to this and many other issues bare me out. I suggest you do a little more research before making such pernicious statements.

Now "the insiders" may indeed have sold but until you have proof of the form 4's you ain't got diddly...delays or no delays.

Plus you still haven't told me which insiders filed for the intention to sell and what percentage the filing was of their remaining holdings.

This is critical because an insider is not an insider is not an insider much like a rose is not a rose is not a rose..

So all you really have is demogoguery ie. the methods and practices of a one gains (or at least tries to gain) "power" by arousing (or at least trying) to stir emotions.

Who hopefully can provide the information that I now have requested of you twice, or cease and desist immediately from what may be libelous statements if even part of the 144's are never executed

Sincerely,

ztect
