This is troubling--sounds like they are still having a number of problems associated with customer orders and the website.

I don't mind albums that don't have any - or only a few - real audio clips. What bothers me is all too frequently pulling up albums that don't have a track list available. Now that is irritating.

Presumably, these problems will be remedied with the Cohesive site.

BE,

I have recently order three. First one had a glitch and got it straightened right out. Second one the CD is here and in my machine, no problemo. My sixteen year old daughter has started to order (rev's going way up this quarter) and it tracks well through the system.

My experience is that TSIG and the customer service manager, Amy, take complaints seriously and will try to work out. Please post the "rest of the story" when known.
