Good riddance I say. Ken: May be the guy is one of those annoying callers who likes to talk endlessly without any regard for time and hardly giving any indication as to what he wants to really buy. You know the type who can never make up their mind about anything but like to continue the conversation anyway.If he is such a person and if Dell lost the biz because of it I don't see anything wrong with the action the company took,afterall who wants to talk endlessly to some guy who may buy two computers after talking for an hour or two especially when the company can sell hell of a lot more than two computers while talking to this guy.Good riddance I say.
