Well TED, I do my best... Here goes it...

I believe that TAVA is finally on the upswing in its earnings curve. Posting strong earnings last quarter helped to re-establish some credibility. Meeting or beating the projected .23/share for this quarter will entice additional analysts to initiate coverage on the company (I hope) and a $10 stock price will put the stock on the radar screens of a few small-cap mutual funds.

Secondly, for 1999, I think Y2K companies will experience a resurgence of favor on the street as earnings in other sectors come under continuing pressure. Regardless of arguments that Y2K remediation is a transitory and temporary business cycle, these companies will be increasing earnings throughout this year, while other companies are burdened with increased spending for Y2K and uncertainty over business impacts from non-compliancy.

Personally, I think TAVA is going to swing a lot of Y2K business over to their core busines side now that they have the ear of corporate Execs who realize that they can upgrade their systems for greater efficiencies all under the guise of continuing Y2K remediation.

How my basic and general analysis is enticing enough to make your dwell long and hard... Just hope I haven't been too persuasive.... <VBG>

Regards,

Ron
