IMON shares outstanding:

edgar-online.com

<<Common Stock

The Company's Articles of Incorporation authorizes the issuance of
20,000,000 shares of Common Stock, $.01 par value per share, of which 11,479,727
shares were outstanding as of July 31, 1998.>>

That earlier filing you posted said the Series A preferred had converted to 503,261 shares of common as of July 15 -- so that conversion is included in the 11.5 million figure.

I figure the Series B and C preferred could add another 2 million or less, if converted since the Jan. 11 filing.

Only 20 million shares are authorized -- so wouldn't that place an absolute upper limit?

Anyway -- I think we all agree this is a tur...., excuse me, a dog of a stock and a great short, possibly about to get even greater for a brief period tomorrow.

"Barb, do you really think this can hit double digits?"

Hey, CFON did it, why not IMON? I guess it could depend on what kind of prizes their giving to the most productive salesman in the boiler room. <g> I expect to open a short into the open tomorrow, provided I can find shares. I haven't had much luck with that lately. If I can, I'll go ahead and borrow my entire position early and box most of it though.
