PMS W,

>>When I ordered my DELL system, the salesperson took whatever time was needed to see that I was getting the correct system for my needs. The person seemed more focused on selling correctly than selling quickly. <<

That was what I found when I called DELL and ordered a machine for a friend, but it didn't take 20 minutes to make the order either!

I was just wondering if it was a company policy of a salesman policy to terminate the sales call after 20 minutes. After all, the 450Mhz and 333Mhz system sales went to a competitor (MU) for a total of $4100+! I would rather DELL got the sale!

Regards,

Ken
