Jimmy,

You mentioned that you had some concerns and you have been trying to call Mr. Tilton, but have not been successful.

I suggest that you keep trying to call him--I called last week and got him on the first try--and at least in my experiences he does not screen his calls--the past few times I have called he has been the one to answer the phone. ( By screening calls here is what I meant in this scenario--you posted that you are a CFO and have some direct accounting questions to discuss with Mr. Tilton--if he was not inclined to wish to discuss the financials at this time he certainly has the option to screen calls--maybe have someone else answer and ask who is calling?-----The fact I am not aware that he does this is a positive sign for me! JMO!)

I think it is a major plus that we have someone of your accounting expertise as one of our thread participants and I view it only as a positive ---I encourage you to follow up as you feel appropriate.

Thank You for your thought provoking posting!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

It was KPMG in China, arranged through CITIC.

The sec filings are from when TTNRG was in the long distance business.

They had an agreement where a company called southnet would service TNRGs customers and pay TNRG commissions. Southnet eventually went bankrupt and screwed TNRG, which is what brouht the share price crashing down.

Tilton worked out the filing thing with the SEC back then.

TNRG is basically a new company and should be treated as such after 1997. They will hav to begin filing, but are not required as of yet.
