We're hard at it here in the Great White North It's raining pretty hard here in Victoria. Pretty depressing actually. My T.ATY is just churning today (Canadian markets open) after a fabulous Friday. Since it also trades on NASDAQ, I think it's waiting for direction from American investors. I think I'm addicted to the market. Feeling moody and restless that US markets aren't open today. Question for my yankee friends. What percentage of your capital gains are taxable (non 401-K or whatever)? It's 75% up here. CD

Tony, TraderJ & All: Off-subject...Skip this story if your rushed Tony asked if he was the only one working? No, I had the do my time today also. When I got home I found the wife in my computer cave trying to figure out how to turn on my fax machine. #1 son needed something faxed to Chicago. Now, the wife is very hard-working, a wonderful person, but some would probably say "technically challenged" as she's not been exposed to a modern office enviroment. So, I showed her how to turn it on and feed the doc in to fax and dial the number and... so on. As it started to go I stood in front as she watched with a puzzled look on her face. When I caught the doc as it fed out, she said, "oh,... you get to keep the paper?" No, I'm not making this up.
