I have spoken to Amy and she is terrific. But I don't believe we are well served to deal with the same person on the same issue for a second time around.
Corporations being what they are Amy may have a friend that she will "cover" for and while that does not make her guilty because she's human, I think it's better that when there's a repeat problem we take it to a higher level.
