Michael, I doubt any of the longs on this thread who know of your contributions in the past will laugh if you never get a buy-back opportunity, just as I know you will not say "I told you so" if the stock continues to drop. FWIW - Clearstation (clearstation.com), whose indicators I give great weight to, just turned RED as of Friday....which supports your theory of sell now, buyback later...the caveat being I think it artificially did this based on the 1-day price dump from a meritless lawsuit and/or possible expiration day shenanigans...and thus I would not be surprised to see clearstation proven wrong. Its indicators have been wrong before. So - now who's right and who's wrong ? truly, there is still significant UPside AND/or DOWNside with this stock until we fully understand if Thomas' promise to his shareholders is fulfilled. At that point, obviously, some win and some lose. You have decided the reward is not worth the risk. Who can bespeak your choice ? I don't consider it "selling out"...if I did....I wouldn't be speaking to max anymore, and I am. The news from the German trading, if authentic, and I believe there's a good chance it is, was bullish today. Am surprised someone hasn't picked up on this arb possibility before. My personal belief is we my see fireworks in this stock this week; end of month absolutely. And I do expect one or more "me too" class actions, since these wolves do travel in packs just like the shorts...but I think the market correctly discounted them already in Friday's price move. A shakedown is much different from a lawsuit that has merit. One can be paid off quickly, and sometimes just defended in adfinitum until the firm decides the investment isn't worth the effort. As more than one has pointed out, if anything, the suit serves to motivate ATBX management to move quicker...and once a deal is announced, the risk becomes largely invisible. Hope we see you back in the shareholders' pool soon. c-man
