Received official word from John. There is no deal with All-Tech Investment Group. Insider Trading had looked at this company but decided it did not meet the high standard that PanAmerican Bancorp is looking for.

Really, jdcpa, you never really thought there was going to be a deal did you? My word, they actually have announced revenues, and were going through an IPO attempt last May that would have given them a market cap more than 10 times what PRWT enjoys today.

Just what kind of value do you think PRWT could have offered them? Not stock. And certainly not PRWT backers paying out of their own pocket and then giving it to the company. (They are not likely philanthropists.) Absent financials, I have no idea if they have over $100M in cash to affect that transaction, but just as a guess, I would say they don't. So it was going nowhere, was my opinion, despite your innuendo on this subject.

How many more of these hinted at deals are going to be falling on the floor, do you suspect?

I also heard the same thing. I'm glad we have no business relationship with All Tech right now because I do believe they are facing some lawsuits from several former customers. I think it was in the Wallstreet Jornual today or possibly over the weekend.

This interactive shareholders meeting should give everyone the opportunity to ask all those questions they have been wanting answers to.
From the sound of the three different companies being involved we could be a totally different entity by the time this whole deal is completed. And I think we are very close right now.

I have deceided to sit back and wait for this deal to be finished and let the thread Lice keep spinning their sad tale of gloom and doom and if anyone just happens to believe them I'm ready to buy some more cheap shares. At times I wish I had the ethics of these people.I would just love to do a bit of false bashing here for my own gain. LOL
