MMV, one more thought. I truly appreciate both of them posting. I repsect what Bill Meehan is saying. It is tough to be one of the people saying that the market is too high in this environment.

I think the problem for me with CNBC, is that in a financial sense I grew up watching FNN and then CNBC. The problem was that the programs didn't grow up much as the years passed. With the bull market widening its appeal to more and more investors, there has always been a new crop of novices. For the widest possible appeal they have to pitch to the knowledge level of the average viewer. Saying "Yeah, Yeah we heard that 12 years ago, doesn't get them to drop the maximize your 401k programs..."

I really think they have dropped the ball on the internet. They are not in the 100 best financial sites on the net, imo. They had a franchise that could have been exploited and now may be hopelessly behind. CNNfn and Bloomberg are extending their franchises to the internet.
