wouldn't go + dismiss the NGQ claim just yet - both sides are in deposition stage right now - and as much as mgam would like their shrholders to believe it's a non-starter, it ain't. could cost them a pretty buck for " borrowing" NGQ's bingo tech. let's hope that good management has the sense to settle quickly and get back to work. MGAM is also kinda interested in the evolving deals that NGQ has w/ washington state to install + manage electronic players + software. Ditto the interest in the Brazilian deal NGQ is working on as well. The Bingo Hall - just one of about 5 fronts that NGQ is moving on.
