DMA, what exactly have you added to the discussion? Aside from endless variations of "You're stupid, and I'm not!"?

Me, quoting Orwell:The central problem-how to prevent power from being abused-remains unsolved

Not-stupid DMA: No it isn't. The founders solved it. Diffuse power evenly amongst 3 coequal branches and X sovereign states and y local communities.

People who label thenselves "liberal" or hide behind dishonist (sic) labels like new Democrat and moderate Republican have upset this balance and so are to be resisted at every turn.

This particular philosophy sounds somewhat Pilchian to me, anybody who's not a doctrinaire conservative Republican is a filthy liberal. "Substantive debate" in the K style, I guess. I leave it to your indisputably superior mind to explain what this adds to the discussion.
