Maybe you need a new broker... BII has a very high profile on the TSE, so I'm surprised he couldn't find it. It's been the volume leader for much of the past three months. I believe the symbol U.S. brokers use for it is BDCMF. Check out the BII thread on SI for a link to SI member Waldo's website.
