Ed, unless you can prove Anthony lied, I think you should get ready to join ol' Z-baby on the respondents list in that lawsuit. Fact is, Anthony recommended DBCC when it was overvalued based on the facts, and now it is much lower. That is a fact, and the closing prices don't lie. So far, from what I have seen, neither does Anthony. The increase in my account equity as a result of shorting DBCC at 35 5/8 isn't a lie either. Anthony, for IMON, can you confirm the actual float from any of your sources?
