Buy 1,000 Sell 357,000 Either major arbitrage or else an interested party is buying up every share they can - in which case we can expect to see additional disclosure statements in the days ahead. I agree with those who think this is a foolishly-priced bid based on a personality clash. The difference between $5.49 and $5.51 appears to be a wide chasm to some involved.
