beware ACTC. the company has a bad name in the MM community for an over enthusiastic Chairman and CEO Richard Sullivan who toured the country in 1997 and 1998 proclaiming $15.00 per share for ACTC, then proceeded to issue 24 million shares to acquire companies of questionable synergy, all the while rewarding himself handsomely as he was at the same time president of the M&A firm doing the acquisition. It was a nice cozy position for Sullivan who has left a legacy of millions of shares from unhappy acquired entities waiting to pounce on every uptick.
