That could be an advantage - but every on-line merchant will have it. Product returns will remain an advantage of physical stores until shipping through UPS or FED-X become cheaper and more convenient - like with neighborhood drop boxes located everywhere. The fundamental equation is that competition will be fierce and margins will be lower than traditional merchandizing methods.
